Steel scrap recovered from end of life electronics

Ferrous Scrap Recovery and Aggregation

CompuPoint USA separates steel from end-of-life electronics at our R2v3 and RIOS™ certified facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and supplies it to steel mills and scrap processors.

What ferrous scrap is

Ferrous metals are iron and its alloys, mainly steel. They are magnetic, which makes them straightforward to separate from plastics and other metals. Steel can be melted and remade repeatedly without losing strength, and most new steel in the United States is made in electric arc furnaces that run largely on scrap.
